Carpet Steam Cleaning

At A and B Carpet NY we offer our general high-pressure hot water extraction, Steam Cleaning process for carpets. Carpets must be less than a year old without stains or odors. We use hot water to get to the surface of the carpet. This process takes approximately 3-5 hours of drying time (in most cases). We do not use any toxic chemicals; all liquids are safe for children, the elderly and pets. We do recommend not walking on the clean carpet with shoes for 24 hours as not to leave any scuff marks, you can, however, walk on the carpets with socks. Carpet Shampoo Cleaning

Our Shampoo Cleaning process primarily made for carpets with minor surface stains and spills. We use a portable carpet cleaning machine with very high suction power to get stains which may slightly be beneath the carpet’s surface. This process takes approximately 6-8 hours to dry (in most cases) because of the sternness of cleaning. We do recommend not walking on the carpet with shoes for 6-8 hours. The result of our Shampoo Cleaning process is fantastic. It works on most stains, spills, and odors. It is an odorless cleaning. Again, no toxic cleaning agents are used in this process as well.

Carpet Deep Cleaning

The top recommended cleaning method - Deep Cleaning. This process is made for any carpets that have several stains, spots or spills or a combination of all. It is highly recommended for the carpet, which has severe pet urine and feces stains and odors. Deep cleaning is also recommended for bed bug and moth cleaning treatment. This cleaning process is also excellent for juice, soda, blood, sauce, coffee and tea stains. It does, however, take 12 hours to completely dry (in most cases). It is entirely non-toxic and odor free and very well suited for commercial spaces and homes with high traffic areas. Along with the Deep Cleaning process, you get a Fiber Protector at no additional charge. Additionally, this process comes with our Eco-Friendly deodorizer and sanitizer. We have been highly successful at getting 99% of all stains and odors out with this process. This process does take the time to clean, usually, double the time of regular Steam Cleaning but well worth it.

Deodorize & Sanitize

A carpet must be deodorized and sanitized if you have high traffic, small children or pets. A and B Carpet NY can apply a special carpet deodorizer and sanitizer to reduce unhealthy bacteria and odors in your carpets. If you decide to have this service done the fluid is put into the same area as the cleaning fluid. You can request it with any one of the cleanings listed, but it is included in the Deep Cleaning process at no additional charge. As always this process is non-toxic and odorless. It's that simple!
