We can get almost all stains and odors out. Cleaned and dried in a few hours in most cases. If you are having a deep cleaning done it may take longer but worth it. We do ask that you not sit on any of your cleaned furniture for 24 hours no matter what kind of cleaning is done. Existing pillows are included in the cleaning of any furniture.

Mattress Cleaning

We clean, deodorize and sanitize all mattress types and sizes. Twin, Full, Queen, King and California King. Futons, Spring, Memory Foam, Therapedic, Hybrid, Pillow-Top, Air Beds and all others. Of course, we use our Organic Cleaning for all Mattress Cleaning. We also clean Box Springs, Linens, and Headboards. We clean Fabric Walls as well. Most mattresses take 24 hours to completely dry after cleaning is done. We do recommend not using your mattress for a full 24 hours after the cleaning is complete. We recommend cleaning your mattress at least once a year. Do not put any covers on it; do allow ventilation in that room for the full 24 hours. Your mattress will be fresh and clean in no time.

Leather Cleaning

We clean all leather and vinyl upholstery and leather edged area rugs. We first wash the leather furniture with our specially made liquid cleaner, made for leather and vinyl. We then wait 10 minutes or so for the leather to dry and apply a Leather Cleaner and Conditioner lotion on it. This conditioner will set into the leather not only give it shine, but the lotion will go into the creases, preventing further creases, this will also give the leather or vinyl a new look. We do ask that you not sit on your leather and vinyl furniture for at least 4 hours. It gives the Conditioner time to dry and set into the creases.

Upholstery Micro-Fiber

Microfiber furniture isn't difficult to clean however without proper training one can damage furniture. It's a very delicate fabric, and A and B Carpet NY has trained professionals to do the job correctly and without any harm. We first Steam or Deep Clean your Microfiber, we then extract as much liquid as possible, then brush the entire furniture, brushing is one of the most important steps in cleaning Microfiber. The Microfiber Furniture will take 24 hours to dry since it is not a thin material. Existing pillows are including in the cleaning, pillows that did not come with the upholstery will be charged extra.
